1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all services, deliveries, and offers between ZMN Ausbau & Renovierung (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.
2. Description of Services
The Provider offers professional services in the areas of interior finishing, renovation, refurbishment, complete renovation and construction.
All services are provided within the scope of permissible, master-free activities according to § 1 Para. 2 and § 18 HwO.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded through written, oral, or electronic confirmation of an offer or by the performance of the service.
All offers are non-binding. Subject to changes and errors.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are prices on request (individual quote).
Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due immediately upon completion of the service without deduction.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, and, if applicable, digital invoice.
5. Dates and Execution
Agreed dates are non-binding unless they have been explicitly confirmed in writing as "binding".
In cases of force majeure, illness, or material delays, the Provider reserves the right to adjust the date.
6. Customer's Duty to Cooperate
The customer ensures that the local conditions (access, electricity, water, etc.) are available at the site and that necessary preparatory work has been completed in a timely manner.
Additional costs due to a lack of cooperation can be invoiced separately.
7. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty period of 2 years according to § 634a BGB applies to the services rendered.
For all services, a professionally careful execution according to the current state of technology is assured.
Further liability is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Withdrawal & Cancellation
Customers can cancel an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before execution. Thereafter, a flat-rate cancellation fee of €40 will be charged.
For emergency services, the right of cancellation expires once the journey to the site has begun.
9. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Place of Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
German law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is - as far as legally permissible - the Provider's registered office.
11. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these T&C be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
